Helena Rohner, born at the Canary Islands is a designer in every sense of the word but especially through the round edges lines and colours of her jewellery designs, she has earned considerable prestige being sold in Barneys NY among many clients and her own shops. Please visit her home in Madrid through the images from Spanish Elle Decor.

Those are some her pieces of the S/S 2012. I love the hair sticks!

Helena refers to the stool from Sori Yanagi as the first collectable piece she bought at the age of 20 and she would save for quite some time her money for.

Besides the jewellery collection, Helena is preparing a rug collection for the autumn and a glass article project for Bodum for December. With Georg Jensen she did a beautiful teapot collection, a jewellery case for Kähler and new additions to the sustainable wood collection with Munio (right wooden vase on the pic). And I like a lot her ceramics!!!

They are displayed all over her home. How beautiful is that teapot and I love the soft and organic lines of the dishes!

I admire creatives with a clear signature, recognizing her design without knowing she stands behind it.

This is her studio and I would love to know where are these chairs from. They look like they have an iron foot! I am wondering where they coming from.

I love to feature Spanish Creatives. You know why? They are all very different, you can´t say, there is something in common when it comes to define their style and they all benefit as Spanish design has changed in terms of people’s perceptions of it.
